Mostly fixes relating to multiplayer as well as a cheat for building :)

Minor changes:

• New cheat to build things without resources. Press F2 with dev tools enabled
• Reworked player movement to fix desync issues
• Fix ship wobble when trying to stop inside the planetary rings
• Fix fly mode that would deplete oxygen
• Fix player teleport when entering & leaving a seat from the outside
• The status bars are now displayed while piloting
• Added game version in the main menu
